Beginning his career as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and advancing into leadership, Xavier has developed a deep understanding of direct patient care, clinical operations, and staff development.

His expertise in managing residential and outpatient programs has allowed him to implement strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence within treatment settings.
