Our Nashville Addiction Treatment Programs

Alcohol Use Disorder

Recognizing the need for alcohol rehab can be challenging, as it often involves acknowledging difficult truths about one’s relationship with alcohol.

Drug Addiction

When you first enter our drug rehab in Nashville, you become our family. Our addiction specialists will get to know your story, your needs, and what your goals are.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

We believe that dual diagnosis treatment should be the standard and not the exception. Our programs help simultaneously treat both conditions so individuals have a better chance for long-term recovery.

Methamphetamine

Methamphetamines, often called meth, crystal meth, speed, crank, ice, or trash, is one of the most dangerous and addictive drugs. This is partly because of how quickly addiction can develop.

Benzodiazepines

Benzodiazepines, also known as benzos, can become a beneficial part of improving a person’s mental health. Unfortunately, people can also develop a reliance on them that becomes an addiction.

Xanax

Xanax has a reputation for helping a lot of people overcome their anxiety, but it also has a dark side for some. It can cause addiction in many people, which proves serious enough that they need to attend Xanax addiction treatment.

Fentanyl

Nashville Treatment Solutions provides a fentanyl rehab in Nashville that teaches people to stop using the drug and begin recovery.

Marijuana

Often, people can become psychologically and physically dependent on marijuana and subsequently need help to stop abusing it.

Heroin

As the ongoing opioid crisis has plagued the country, it’s slowly been foreshadowed by heroin addiction and heroin overdose deaths.

Kratom

Kratom's popularity continues to grow. Those struggling kratom dependence might feel lost, particularly given that not all treatment facilities cater to kratom addiction.

Cocaine

Cocaine is notorious in the realm of substance abuse due to its intense effects and quick onset of addiction. With a thorough understanding of the addiction, and the treatments available, recovery is a very real and achievable goal.

Prescription Drugs

When a person uses a medication as directed by their physician, they may be at risk for various negative outcomes, including distressing side effects and the development of an addiction.

Tour Our Facilities

Program Options

Nashville Treatment Solutions offers several levels of care to align with each client’s recovery journey. Depending on the severity of the addiction, the first step in getting help is detox. Detox helps clients go through drug or alcohol withdrawal safely and comfortably to prepare for the next phase of treatment.

At Nashville Treatment Solutions, we do not have a detox, however work with multiple partners in the area to place clients prior to coming to our programs. Once detox is complete, clients can partake in the following programming at NTS:

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP requires attendance for several hours per day on several weekdays. It offers many of the therapies provided in residential care without the person having to live in a facility.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

IOP provides therapy sessions for a few hours per day a few days per week. This works well for people who need a more flexible schedule. For those who need their days free to work or take care of other responsibilities, Evening IOP provides an alternative.

Outpatient Programs (OP)

Outpatient Programs are the lowest level of care. People enrolled in OP usually continue some of the therapies from higher levels of care to help them finalize their skills at staying sober and transition out of treatment completely.

What To Expect At Nashville Treatment Solutions

At Nashville Treatment Solutions, individuals seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction can expect a supportive and effective rehabilitation environment tailored to their needs. Here are three key aspects to anticipate:

  • Professional and Compassionate Staff: The team at Nashville Treatment Solutions includes professionals who are not only trained in the latest therapeutic techniques but also bring personal experience with recovery. Many staff members are in recovery themselves, offering unique empathy and understanding of the challenges clients face.

  • Personalized Attention: With a small client-to-staff ratio of 2:1, each individual receives focused care and support. This low ratio ensures that clients have ample time with counselors and therapists, which fosters deep connections and personalized therapy—all critical components in the recovery process.

  • Ideal Location: Conveniently situated near downtown Nashville, the facility provides the perfect balance of accessibility and privacy. This location allows clients to easily commute to the center after work and offers proximity to potential employment opportunities, supporting a smoother transition into everyday life while maintaining the necessary autonomy for recovery.

Nashville Treatment Solutions is dedicated to providing a healing environment that uses connection as a foundational tool in recovery, helping individuals build a new, substance-free life.

Addiction Treatment Therapies

The key to effective addiction treatment in Nashville lies in attending several evidence-based treatment options that give clients a range of skills and tools to use. They can be individual or group therapies and range from talk therapy to experiential therapies. The types of therapy available in our program include:

Quality substance abuse treatment also includes prescription medication options that help ease physical and emotional withdrawal symptoms.

How Long Does Addiction Treatment Last?

How long addiction treatment in Nashville lasts depends on a few factors. This includes the length and severity of a person’s addiction and the program they are attending. Detox programs last on average from five to seven days. Residential treatment typically lasts for 30 days or more. Someone attending outpatient care can expect to stay 60 days or more. The longer a person stays enrolled in treatment, the more impactful it becomes. People who stay in treatment programs longer have a better-developed ability to remain substance-free for life.

  • 193,000 misused prescription pain relievers
  • 157,000 had an illicit drug use disorder
